SHIPPING DETAILS

Every Luna Essence order includes $6.95 flat-rate global shipping, with all items dispatched directly from our facility to destinations worldwide. Additional items in the same order ship at no extra charge. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 48 hours. Once processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.

Delivery times average 4 to 7 business days for the U.S. and Canada, and 6 to 12 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping times may vary during busy seasons.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes to the address. Luna Essence cannot be held responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to inaccurate information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we will arrange for it to be re-shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

All orders ship from our United States headquarters. While Luna Essence does not apply VAT or sales tax to orders outside Canada and the U.S., customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local handling fees upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

MISSING OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to our support team at info@lunaessence-sk.com. International deliveries may be delayed due to local postal service processing times. We’ll open a support case to investigate the issue promptly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately and cannot be canceled. If necessary, you may return the item once received by following our return guidelines below.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Luna Essence stands behind the quality of our products with a 2-Year Global Warranty. For full warranty details, please refer to the warranty section on our website.

REFUND REQUESTS

Returns for refunds must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all contents included. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 USD restocking fee per item, which covers shipping and processing costs.
